Camera and sensor-based safety systems not only prevent serious accidents, but also improve the ergonomics and driving comfort of mobile equipment, thanks in particular to the following features:

– 360 deg. coverage with up to 4 blind spot cameras;

– Reversing camera with obstacle and pedestrian detection;

– Audible warning to alert the operator in the event of danger;

– Wireless camera option behind forks for overhead viewing;

– Data storage for event archives.

We also supply certain lidar or radar sensors that are PLd-certified to ISO 13849 standards for hazardous environments.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-ASSISTED MONITORING AND INSPECTION PLATFORM

Rapid Jacob Industries has developed its own SaaS platform, called Rapid ViZ, which integrates two hybrid modes of maintenance monitoring and inspection. In a complex environment, we can quickly and intuitively detect imminent anomalies or disasters in a given situation (fire, pipe breakage, intrusion, osbstruant object, etc.). In another context, the same platform can be used to inspect critical areas requiring periodic maintenance, such as infrastructure, piping systems or machine equipment. The software can be configured in learning mode, so that it can be taught what is and isn’t valid in a given condition.

The Rapid ViZ platform can work with a variety of equipment, such as drones, autonomous or semi-autonomous land mobile equipment. The platform can be operated on a local PC to process data in real time, and stored periodically on a secure cloud server.
